What is Spread the Joy?

Desiring God exists to proclaim this truth: God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in him. One of the primary ways we do this is through partnering with others to share our message. That is why we have created a new outreach program, Spread the Joy. Every year we will offer an assortment of outreach materials at a substantial discount to make it affordable to share our message with others. And if you can’t afford it, we offer a whatever-you-can-afford policy.

We want to serve your passion to spread the Christ-exalting, God-centered, Bible-saturated gospel to others. So we have a whole section of resources under the banner “Spread the Joy” that are packaged and priced to make it possible for you to give away hundreds, even thousands, of them.

God is infinitely worthy. The good news is the “gospel of the glory of Christ who is the image of God” (2 Corinthians 4:4). This is what we want people to see. We love partnering with you to spread our passion for the glory of Christ.

Thanks so much for the recent emphasis on outreach tools. I got saved reading a commentary I checked out from a church library. It makes me tremble that lost people are a sentence or two away from everlasting satisfaction in Christ.
